  • Are you 24 hour?

    We know losing a pet can sometimes be very unexpected, during times where normally everywhere is closed and it can be overwhelming to know what to do. To assist during these challenging times, we provide a 24/7 collection service for families. You can reach us anytime, day or night, if you need help with a lost pet.


    For less urgent matters, our office is open from 8 am to 6 pm to assist you. We understand that discussing preparations for losing a pet can be tough over the phone. Feel free to text us any questions you have if that's more convenient & comfortable  for you.

  • am i only getting my pets ashes back?

    One of the main motivations behind starting this business stemmed from the loss of one of my dearest friends, a lively dog named Mila. When I decided to have her cremated after losing her and I was unaware of the process. However, upon learning that she was part of a group cremation, it felt like I had just lost her all over again, bringing back immense pain.


    Our goal is to spare families from such heartache while they are already dealing with grief. Similar to many other families, we view our beloved pets as part of the family and believe they deserve the same respect even after they have passed. Therefore, all of our services are individual.


  • What type of payment methods do you accept & when do we pay?

    Losing a cherished pet can be a heartbreaking ordeal. To allow families to focus on themselves during this difficult time, we provide space for them to grieve. An invoice is sent to families once all decisions have been finalized, however payment isn’t required until your beloved pet is ready to come home, typically within 2-3 weeks (4-6 weeks for any castings). 


    For your convenience, we also accept EFTPOS apron pets return and also provide options like AfterPay and ZipPay to ease the process for families


  • Where do we collect from?

    We will collect your beloved pet from either your home or veterinary clinic. If you haven’t already spoken to us prior to your vet appointment you can ask your vet to contact us on your behalf.

    When your pet arrives safely with us at together forever, you will receive a message from either Kylie or Narelle for your peace of mind.

  • do you help with pets euthanasia ?

    We only care for the aftercare of your pets journey. However,  we have met some incredible teams along the way that have the same love & respect for animals as we do. We also highly recommend these teams because we have personally used them for vet care of our fur family or they have helped us during challenging farewells of our own.

  • what happens once my pet has been collected?

    As soon as your pet is in our care, you will receive a message from either Kylie or Narelle to give you piece of mind your pet if safely with us and to confirm if your family would like any castings or additional keepsakes. From there we normally give families roughly a week to give families some time after their pets passing to grieve. However, every family is different so if you would like to speak to us before then please don’t hesitate to message or call.

    Once we have all the details we need we will start putting everything together. We will send you a message as soon as your pet is ready to come home and will organise day/time to bring your baby home to you


Our office hours

Our team is available to help families with the collection of pets who have passed away or urgent inquires 24/7.

To give our family time to rest and to avoid burnout, we have office hours in place for all non-urgent inquires.

Monday - Friday 6am - 6pm
Saturday 6am-1pm
Sunday Appointment only

After hours collection fee applies to any collections between 6:00pm - 6:00am

Pocket-small pets - $70 after hours collection fee

Medium - XLarge pets $100 after hours collection fee

Travel fees may apply for any collections over 30km from Wamuran 4512

12 years ago I rescued you as a very young sick puppy while I was working one of my first jobs at a bakery and you have been beside me ever since. Through every teenage heartbreak, to being beside me in your beautiful Tuxedo on my wedding day and being so gentle to my daughter when she was born. Having you running beside me when I had a bad day will always be better than any human conversation. I would give anything to have another run with you beside me. I hope you are having fun up there with your brother and sister . Till we meet again my beautiful boy

Our gentle big doofus, it doesn’t seem fair having to say goodbye when you’re still have so many years you should have been with us at the young age of six. My favourite memories of you I think will always be:

When we first brought you home as a tiny little sassy puppy that would attack shoes and would spend the whole time I was trying to have a shower attacking the falling water, just to run around our bedroom/on our bed dripping wet and not letting me dry you. It was safe to say we washed a lot of bed sheets when you were little.

You would follow my daughter Ivy from the sand box to the slide waiting patiently for her to throw a piece of her peanut butter sandwich down the slide so you could gobble it up. Ivy would have tears of laughter running down her face because like every big doofus, you couldn’t eat quietly. Thankyou for being a best friend to Ivy. She still asks where you are and misses you dearly, we all do.

Mack came into our lives over a decade ago, he came with kilos of matted fur, smelled like a piggery and had a hell of a chip on his shoulder, understandably so too.

This dude came with me everywhere, we moved in and out of home more times then I care to admit, we seen a great chunk of the east coast together and we settled in for his senior years. Mack became the bestest friend to the children that came there after. When I took my best mate to the vets and had that diagnosis of kidney failure I knew that was the beginning of the end and as predicted his health snowballed. Nothing could have prepared me for that horried call at work, as soon as I seen my mums number flashing up I was already packing my things before answering... something horrible has happened. I got home to my baby, my best mate, right in the midst of a cardiac episode... the decision that was made to pack him into the car and head to the vets knowing he was not coming home was a no brainer, this was the last good thing I could do for this beautiful dog who has given me years of love and loyalty, was make sure there was a kind and peaceful end to his brilliant life.

And that is when we met Kylie and Narelle, I wish I could express the appreciation I have for this family, I just can not find the words. Thankyou for handling Mack with respect and having him back home so very quickly. A family of angels, I wish for you good health, a winning lottery ticket  beautiful people

20 years, it’s a long time to have anyone in your life. I honestly can’t even remember a time that Chooky wasn’t with me. She was a one of a kind bird, a friend to anyone that will give her a scratch and a sunflower seed.

 

My husband said to me about a year ago “I can always tell when it’s you entering the house without even looking up to see because Chook always does a quiet little whistle when it’s you almost like she’s greeting you”  all these years and I never even noticed you did that. It’s going to be so hard walking into the house and not hearing you greet me.

 

You touched a lot of hearts over your 20 years with us old girl. You will be so missed Chooky. I love you always

She came to us nearly 14 yrs ago desperately needing a loving home. She has given us so much joy, and to say we are devastated, is an understatement.
